More interior photography tips, and  to continue this theme of power in the field….If you shoot tethered then the laptop I use needs a firewire 800 or 400 port. The laptop can only run this at 70% power as it takes over the power for the back .Hence, with the laptop battery  life of 7 hours – this means as an architectural photographer you have a two hour window before you can no longer photograph with a tethered platform. Of course ,if your laptop has a built in battery then you have to recharge the whole thing or carry spare power plug in cells …more weight and hassle. they do not tell you about these limitations usually until it is too late. Watch out power is key!
